Refund Policy

One-Time Credit Purchases

Genjutsu AI sells prepaid credit packs as one-time purchases. Credit packs are not subscriptions and do not automatically renew.

Cash Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if none of the credits granted by that purchase have been used.

Once any credits from a purchase have been consumed, that purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails and our billing system determines that the generation is eligible for a credit reversal, the reserved or consumed credits for that generation will be restored to your Genjutsu AI balance.

A failed generation does not automatically create a cash refund.

How to Request a Refund

Contact support@genjutsuai.net from the email address associated with your Genjutsu AI account and include the relevant order information.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment processor, including Waffo Pancake.

Processing and Exceptions

Refund processing times may vary based on the payment processor and your bank or payment method.

Mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction applies where it provides greater refund rights than this Policy.
